Amanda is an associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. She focuses her practice on compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, DOL regulations, and related federal and state requirements, as well as drafting and amending plan documents, summaries, and participant communications. She also maintains an active role in the firm’s Labor & Employment group, assisting with a wide range of workplace compliance issues.
